Foldable, Reusable 330-Gal. IBC

TNT Container Logisticsn 330 intermediate bulk container (IBC) has been redesigned to provide improved convenience and efficiency. The fully folding bag-in-box container is returnable and reusable and has a capacity of over 330 gallons liquid or 4,400 pounds of dry product (45 cubic ft). The semi-bulk container, which consists of a modular steel frame and food grade plastic panels that lock securely together on a steel pallet, holds the equivalent of six 55-gallon drums.

The redesign of the container incorporates a vertical glass see-through gauge in the dispensing sidewall panel. When used with clear liners, this see-through gauge enables an operator to instantly monitor the filling or dispensing cycle. The new container also employs an advanced, sliding-guillotine, universal gland locking plate that enables use of both 2-in and 3-in dispensing valves or no bottom-dispense valve, depending on the user's needs. In addition, a cone-shaped concave metal plate located inside the locking plate assembly simplifies seating of the gland during setup and better protects the gland.

When empty, the containers fold and stack six-to-one to reduce return shipping costs or storage. Filled containers can be safely stacked five high.
