Groove-Patterned Rubber-Covered Rollers

Plastic film, foil and paper converting, printing or laminating processes requiring critical tolerances and custom specifications for material handling and conveying gain fast, precision production of rubber-covered rollers with the introduction of computerized manufacturing at Aarubco Rubber Company.

A fully automatic, pre-programmed roller grinder/groover permits Aarubco to quickly and accurately manufacture custom rubber-covered original or replacement rollers up to 40 inches in diameter by 20 foot lengths.

Customer orders for rollers with tapered ends, convex cosine crowns, concave cosine crowns, multiple crowns, and step and plunge crowns are preprogrammed to simplify and reduce set-up time. By automating the process, Aarubco ensures accuracy and consistency of replacement rollers with original parts. Repeat orders are quickly pulled from the computer's memory.

Aarubco offers a selection of standard groove patterns include threading, chevron, ruling, right hand groove, spreader roll, and diamond configurations. Custom groove patterns and tapers are available upon request.
